2. The Service
QRBrave provides dynamic QR code generation and redirect management. Features and limits depend on your plan. We may update the service over time.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use QRBrave to redirect to illegal content, malware, phishing, or anything that violates applicable laws. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
5. Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will notify you of price changes before they take effect.
6. Intellectual Property
QRBrave owns the platform, code, and branding. You own the QR codes you create and the data associated with them.
7. Limitation of Liability
QRBrave is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using QRBrave at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active users. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
